This album comes as something of a surprise. With a flagrant self-awareness of how unexpected his career has been, "Every Loser" contains some of Iggy Pop’s hardest rock music in years. In fact, this is his 19th solo album and maybe his best in more than four decades. Having got out our hearts pumping with many tracks, ‘Morning Show’ is a wonderful slow piece of human reflection. All in all, after more than 35 minutes of masterful music, Iggy seem to be an obvious winner!
