Within Temptation was formed back in 1996. Their 6th studio album Hydra represents their many different sides of music but still delivering solid symphonic rock-metal. The album opens with "Let Us Burn," a tune rich with drama, a dense wall of guitars, and Sharon den Adel's emotional soft vocals. Hydra avoids monotony and displays intelligent songwriting, which is really good, for both the band and symphonic metal. And from now we can predict that it will feature as one of the Top 10 albums of 2014!
